From 10 strong brands to a shared identity
roxit was founded in 2026 and brings together ten long-established companies with decades of experience in the building materials sector: Bitunova, Frischbeton, A&B, Mobil Baustoffe, ROBA, SAT, Mineral, Frissbeton, Naporo and BHG. The new building materials brand represents more than just a shared name. The unified brand identity provides clear guidance by bringing products and services together under one umbrella, thereby creating a comprehensive overview of the entire range of services. What was previously organised in a fragmented manner is now coming together to form a strong, clearly positioned building materials brand.
Comprehensive solutions throughout the material cycle
roxit covers key stages of the value chain in the construction industry: from the extraction of raw materials through to the production and processing of building materials and consumables, right through to the recycling of materials. The portfolio includes, amongst other things, concrete, stone/gravel, (polymer-modified) bitumen, bitumen emulsions, building materials made from renewable raw materials, as well as construction-related services such as milling, jointing and recycling. This makes roxit a reliable partner for construction projects of all sizes – with an integrated approach that combines cost-effectiveness with resource conservation.

roxit operates in twelve European countries and has an extensive network of over 300 locations. The brand is also active in the international project business.
